Orabrush started as a media e-commerce brand builder that leveraged content creation, optimization and advertising to commercialize products. In Q4 2014 the company split into three separate entities:
1) The Orabrush CPG business (a tongue brush for humans) was acquired by Dentek,
2) The Orapup CPG business (a tongue brush for pets) was spun out to it’s own subsidiary, and
3) The e-commerce brand building business became it’s own company, Molio, which we also invested in.
